Notice of Presentation at the 6th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society for Biodesign - June 11, 2026 @ Tokyo, Japan

We are pleased to announce that our CEO, Yasukazu Sakamoto, will be speaking at the "6th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society for Biodesign."

  • Date & Time: Thursday, June 11, 2026, 9:00 - 17:00 (*Sakamoto is scheduled to speak during Part 3, 14:00 - 15:40)
  • Venue: Yasuda Auditorium, The University of Tokyo (7-3-1 Hongo, Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo, Japan) *In-person only; no online streaming available.
  • Participation Fee: General 10,000 JPY / Students 5,000 JPY

This annual meeting is a major event focused on "Biodesign"—medical device innovation starting from clinical needs—bringing together leading experts and startups in the field.

Sakamoto will present a talk titled "What is needed to build a Japanese CDMO model?" during the Part 3 session: "Invent / Implement: How do startups create medical device prototypes? - Considering how Japanese manufacturing companies should approach product development for startups towards building a Japanese CDMO model -".

As an incubation company targeting the medical device sector, we provide practical development support and consulting tailored for medical device software development, from the project conceptualization stage to design transfer. In this session, drawing on our practical expertise, we will discuss the ideal approach to product development and CDMO establishment for startups in Japan.
